Marriage Licenses

For West Yellowstone, Montana, both parties must appear together at the Clerk of District Court’s office (406-582–2165) located in the Law and Justice Center at 615 South 16th Avenue, Bozeman, Montana. The cost is $53 (cash or money order only, no checks), and you do not have to be a Montana resident. You will get your license immediately and can marry with no waiting period. Minimum age is 18.
