Getting Here

Although West Yellowstone has a small airport open from June until September, most people get here by car. There are three major routes that come into West Yellowstone, Hwy 191 and Hwy 287 from the north, and Hwy 20 from the east and west. The west entrance to Yellowstone National Park is just east of West Yellowstone on Hwy 20 and is only open to automobile traffic between May and November depending on snow.
