Where is the Ice Fishing Tournament?
While some of the seminars and social events take place within the town of West Yellowstone, a majority of the events and the ice fishing tournament itself is held at Hebgen Lake.
From West Yellowstone, drive north on Hwy 287 and follow it around the north side of Hebgen Lake. The resort will be on your left, across from the blue convenience store. |
How much does the Ice Fishing Tournament cost?
2 person teams may enter the tournament for $267.50, with a maximum of 75 teams allowed in the competition.
What else should I know about the West Yellowstone Ice Fishing Tournament?
The two-day event includes a Friday evening educational seminar and social, with a Kid’s Camp and the actual tournament on Saturday.
